• We do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, images, or pricing.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to remove any product listing at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon payment.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay.
• In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Vendor Terms

• Vendors must be approved by BadaNetworks before listing products.
• Vendors are responsible for accurate product information, stock management, and order fulfillment.
• BadaNetworks reserves the right to remove vendors who violate platform policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Harassment of other users or vendors
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

BadaNetworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
