Refund & Return Policy

Quick Summary: We offer a 7-day return window for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and manuals are included
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Digital products or software
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders and select the order.
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Once approved, you'll receive pickup instructions or a return shipping label.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — you'll be asked to provide bank details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@badanetworks.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped from your Order History.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — please use the return process instead.
- Cancelled order refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
